Terri’s Homecoming

This is Tambi Nida, Terri’s sister-in-law. Terri’s health had been declining fairly rapidly for the past 8 months, and she was put on Comfort Care on January 5th at Duke University Hospital. She was very well aware of what was happening and had several wonderful conversations with me and her brother, Jimmy this past week. Terri repeatedly said that she was at peace and full of joy for what was to come. She passed away peacefully and in no pain with her brother by her side on January 12th. Terri was loved by so many people and she will be greatly missed. However, anyone who knew her or has read her blog knows the depths of Terri’s faith and can take solace in knowing Terri is HOME!
